DESIGN GROUPS ORGANIZATION

It is the work of identifying all design teams (architectural, static, mechanical, electrical, landscaping, fire, etc.) that will take part in the project and preparing their contracts, and ensuring that these teams work in harmony and coordination in line with the design criteria.

DESIGN GROUPS ORGANIZATION WITH BRAND / EMPLOYER

It is the work of ensuring data flow between design groups and the selected/to be selected business brand and the employer, checking the suitability of the projects according to the relevant criteria and obtaining approval from the employer and the business brand for the projects prepared in line with these criteria.

BUDGET ORGANIZATION

It is the work of creating the project budget and tracking data in line with the design criteria and work schedule.

REPORTING SYSTEMS ORGANIZATION

It is the preparation of reports in daily – weekly – monthly periods throughout the project process and the organization of the reporting system in the design and construction processes.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

It is the work of monitoring the contractor / subcontractors, controlling, coordinating and reporting the construction and site employees / works in line with the construction method to be determined, which will continue throughout the entire construction process.

TENDER AND PURCHASING MANAGEMENT

Within the scope of the tender management to be determined, these are the services of preparing tender documents in the selection of the teams that will take part in the design and construction stages and the materials to be purchased, and organizing and managing them in accordance with the work schedule.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

It is the work of monitoring and controlling all processes of the project with the work program, ensuring that possible delays and disruptions are determined in advance and reported to the investor, making the necessary updates and monitoring that the production is carried out correctly and on time in accordance with the work schedule, and completing the work within the foreseen budget and with the desired quality.

CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT

It is the preparation of all contracts and technical specifications that must be made between all companies that will work in the project and the Employer, arranging the contracts according to the special conditions agreed with each company and monitoring them throughout the project.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT

It is the work of ensuring that the manufacturing carried out throughout the project period is completed within the framework of the current design, technical specifications, determined standards and specifications, and accordingly, the preparation and monitoring of quality control systems.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND RISK MANAGEMENT

Preparing and monitoring occupational safety plans and ensuring that occupational safety standards are implemented by all employees and contractors in all construction works.

DUE DILIGENCE STUDY

During the transformation phase of an ongoing project or an existing building, by visiting the necessary technical personnel (architect, construction, mechanic, electrical engineer, etc.) at periods determined by the customer, determining the current situation, making a technical evaluation, determining the useful life of the systems and analyzing the current situation. and reporting this to the customer.
